Senior 3D Artist

Possible is looking to welcome freelance Senior 3D Artists to our team. We are looking for you to support the creative excellence of many major projects and productions. To be successful in this role, you'll work collaboratively with our team of producers and art directors to create content for groundbreaking projects for our unique industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Asset Creation
- Lighting
- Scene Assembly
- Basic compositing for 2D hand off
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and high attention to detail
- Work with the studio's creative directors, producers, and art directors
- Translate concepts into design via complex pipelines
- Experience working with render farm pipelines
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
4+ years of experience working in visuals for the live production field, cinematics, film, and/or games as either a Generalist or Senior 3D Artist.
Expert level of proficiency in at least 1 of the following:
- Cinema 4D
- Maya
- Houdini
- Unreal
Expert level of proficiency in at least 1 of the following:
- Arnold Renderer
- Octane Renderer
- Redshift Renderer
Expert level of proficiency in at least 1 of the following:
- After Effects
- Nuke
Able to execute at least 2 of the following at a high level:
- Look Development
- Scene Assembly and Lighting
- Mograph Animation
- Fluid or Particle Dynamics
- Environments
- Cloth/Vellum Simulations or Fur/Hair Grooming and Simulations
- Character Modeling, Rigging, Texturing, and/or Animation
- VFX Development and Assembly
- CG and VFX Compositing

Associate Producer

Possible is looking to welcome a full-time Associate Producer to the team. We are looking for you to support the creative excellence of many major projects and productions. To be successful in this role, you'll work collaboratively with our team of producers and artists to efficiently manage and deliver groundbreaking projects for our unique industry.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 1 - 3+ years of experience working in live production, film, or post-production field as a Production Coordinator, Associate Producer, or comparable role
- Ability to organize and coordinate projects in live production, experiential design, film, post-production, or game development
- Working knowledge of the production and post-production process 
- Ability to assist producers in defining schedules, managing client feedback, and organizing the internal team's tasks and assignments
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and a willingness to go the extra mile
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments and adapt quickly to changes in direction depending on the shifting needs of the production
- Extraordinarily well organized and able to prioritize tasks
- Resourceful and forward thinking
- Outstanding communication skills, able to communicate at all levels/across all departments
- Execute discretion when working with high level clients and sensitive information
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
High level of proficiency in some or all of the following programs:
