We define the visual language of pop culture

We believe in building relationships and investing in people over a span of years, not just by project. Developing and nurturing our team chemistry is how we grow and evolve.

Talent Relations Manager

Possible is known for defining the visual language of pop culture. Our partners engage us to come up with pan-media solutions to complex problems.

It’s common to see creative firms expand and contract to accommodate a variety of jobs. Ideally this process involves curating talent and brokering meticulously fostered projects.

But it's becoming increasingly common to see shops trying to grow their bottom line without regard to fit or long term strategy. This leads to suboptimal job pairings and an almost mercenary style culture.

At Possible, we’re interested in making an investment to do this right. Talent Relations will be critical to help us scour the globe for the best talent. Sometimes it takes months or years to ramp up the right relationship - whether it be with an individual freelancer or a company on the other side of the globe.

You’ll be working with Possible’s leadership to get introduced to our existing network. We’ll develop a strategy to discover and connect with the most talented artists across mediums.

If you’re passionate about recruiting and curating talent for exciting projects, then we’d like to have a chat with you. Preferred if you have experience in live events and content producing, but don't let that stop you from reaching out.

Project Manager

Possible is known for defining the visual language of pop culture. Our partners engage us to come up with pan-media solutions to challenging problems. We’re looking for a few more people to join our team.

After a decade of refining our production process, our collaborators have come to expect a high level of information organization. Emails, texts, slacks, and whatsapps get collated into beautiful gantt charts and regimented message boards.

We enjoy responding with clear, comprehensive, and beautiful decks.

Project Managers are crucial to our Production Team.

You’ll be working with Possible’s Producers, interfacing with artists to draft presentations and make sure goals are on track. We're expecting you to come to the table with solid skills in google docs, sheets, and presentations. Ideally you know InDesign or you'll pick it up fast (don't worry, we'll show you, it's easy) and you have a good sense of design.

We're based out of LA but you don't have to be. It does help if you're based on the west coast because your work day will need to be in sync with our art team's.

Competitive salary with benefits including insurance (medical, vision, dental) 401k with employer match, and vacation.

Preferred if you have experience in live events and content producing. But we're open to hearing from you if you've got great experience in another field and you're looking to apply those problem solving skills on something new.

Send us a note at jobs@possibleproductions.com or fill out the form below.

If you are interested in collaborating with us, we look forward to hearing from you.
